Couldn't ask for better service!!

"I called after my house received a power surge which damaged the phone company's as well as the tv provider's equipment. My TV was ruined. I made a claim and was called by a representative. He was polite and asked me to plug and unplug the TV twice. After doing so with it still not turning on, he said they would be sending a new TV. I was given a choice of three different models that most closely match what I had. After choosing the one I wanted, the new TV was delivered to me the very next day. Couldn't't ask for better service than that."

Didn’t give me the right choices

"I had a problem with my AirPods Pro second generation microphone in my headphones and when I placed a claim, they said it was approved, but all they offered me was the case not the headphones. My problem was with the earbuds not the case yet that’s all they offered me."

Stove Protection plan

"Frustrating! First phone call got right part but wrong finish & extra parts delivered.
“Chat” was useless wasted time. Second call got all matching knobs (but not same finish as original) I’m using these because they match each other, not the stove, because it’s too frustrating & time consuming to try to get the correct replacement. I would not recommend this plan & don’t intend to get another one.
Issue was a simple knob replacement, no installation required. I can’t imagine how difficult a major problem would be dealing with this plan.
