"I will be switching companies. This is the 3rd month in a row where I had to contact customer service. Since merging with constellation the website keeps going down or try back. No time for that. I know it’s a new merger but 3 months is long enough to work out the kinks in the system without wasting my time. This is the 2nd time I received a pink notice from ya while I was trying to register every month. I don’t have time to sit and reregister every month"

"I couldn't logon with my ID to put in a new password as you ASKED me to do. Couldn't find anybody to talk to. Finally send email twice to customer service that the new procedure didn't work. So they sent me an email repeating the unworking instructions. TWICE. I sent a third rather cranky email and your rep. called to say they were having problems, and hoped to fix it soon. Still waiting."
