"I have been doing business with Star Tex since the early 2000s before Constellation became involved. Constellation is not an improvement. See above comments. I plan to investigate switching power providers. Some companies offer to pay the buy-out for a customer if they switch to their company. Since I have yet to receive the $100 gift certificate as promised, a $100 credit on my bill would be the honorable thing to do."

"I would not recommend StarTex. I had been a StarTex customer for 8+ years and did not receive my renewal notice which triggered my most to jump from 0.08/KWH to over 0.14/KWH. I requested reimbursement for the difference and was denied and thus switched providers after being CHEATED."
