"You lost a longtime customer. Service was cutoff on a Thursday or Friday, not sure which, while we were out of town. I show I paid the bill on November 18, but money not removed from my checking account, so not sure what happened. BUT...a courtesy call to say you have 1 day to pay, or similar, would have been nice. I lost over $1,000 worth of food due to the service being cut off."

"I have been doing business with Star Tex since the early 2000s before Constellation became involved. Constellation is not an improvement. See above comments. I plan to investigate switching power providers. Some companies offer to pay the buy-out for a customer if they switch to their company. Since I have yet to receive the $100 gift certificate as promised, a $100 credit on my bill would be the honorable thing to do."

"I would not recommend StarTex. I had been a StarTex customer for 8+ years and did not receive my renewal notice which triggered my most to jump from 0.08/KWH to over 0.14/KWH. I requested reimbursement for the difference and was denied and thus switched providers after being CHEATED."
