"Student universe did not transparently communicate the included parts of the ticket fare vs what would cost extra, or make checking in with the airline short notice easy as with other services. With the highest baggage fees doubling my ticket cost, I was caught in a panic without funds at the counter not knowing the airline. Not all of this is on student universe of course, but the lack of transparency is customer service that I would consider below average for sure"

"They made an error and booked my itinerary twice and charged me twice. They wouldn’t give me a guarantee that I would get a refund nor any kind of timeline for when I would find out. My itinerary was over $800"

"My card been charged twice and not the amount I was invoiced on the credit card authority form. After a week still not refunded. Took too long and they keep asking for lots of documents just for the credit card and id! It took one day to keep scanning and sending the them through docs, and then they charged my card twice and my card still overlimit and now have to pay penalty to my bank as well! Not recommend at all!"
