"Where to start? We made an international flight booking but nowhere during the booking process it asked about the baggage and there was no option to add or remove baggage. On top of it there was a luggage insurance which made us think that baggage was included. Boy o boy how wrong were we and misrepresented the information was. A lite Malaysia Airline ticket with no baggage option was sold to us and the Customer service agent (Adrian) even blamed us for not reading the minute details - wow.
Definitely not going anywhere near this site and we cancelled the whole flight as they would not convert the lite ticket to a base ticket with baggage. endured a $700 loss for 2 tickets and when on phone with Malaysia airlines they mentioned lite tickets shouldn't be sold for international flights are for domestic only. "
