The exact same flights are always cheaper on other websites and they don't allow for most combinations of flight options if you need to purchase more than one flight. Their customer service team is very nice and helpful, but there are a lot of things that they are not allowed to book because of their contracts with the airlines. "

“Hi, we collect StudentUniverse change/cancellation fees besides airlines'. Our agent will always explain the composition of such fees.
On the checkout page, under important flight information, we also display the message "xxx passport holders may require a transit visa". Friendly reminder, most of our flights can be canceled for free within 24 hours of booking, and our reminder of checking transit visa email was sent the same day of booking, July 14, 2022.
