My only suggestion is next time if you communicate in the email about such charges which will be returned eventually please make sure you communicate , else we wouldn’t know

Expedia had it at 20$ more than student universe so I went through student universe. What I was told wil be charged actually on the receipt was different on my card statement I eventually ended up paying 20$$ more anyway , next time I will just go with reputed sites I am worried if there may be other hidden charges. Actually it’s a crime to charge more than bill , I haven’t taken any action yet but will do soon"

Based on several factors, such as credit card holder name not matching with any passengers, card expiring soon, etc, we requested some docs for verification, or the booking would be canceled and you would not be charged. However, within the time period, we did not receive any docs. ”

Requested a window seat and paid accordingly, however this was not available so I contacted student universe and they replied promptly and advised that the funds have been refunded. The timeliness of their response is like none other that I have experienced to date, especially given that it was a weekend that the issue was raised, which makes their customer service positively outstanding.
