Customer service that goes above and beyond. Within minutes of placing my first order, I received a call from my Sales Engineer confirming my order and generally getting to know me as a customer. Who else does that? Many online vendors don't even have a number you can call to speak with a real person.
My last order had an item that was back-ordered. The Sweetwater folks communicated with me frequently to keep me appraised of the expected ship date. Then they beat the latest projected date by better than a week!
