Absolutely The Greatest

"Two recent orders. One for an acoustic guitar that arrived in perfect condition. Another that involved a small item sent in a small package that appears to have been cut open in Fed Ex's processing machinery. Needless to say, the package arrived with no content. Sweetwater sent another pronto."

"I stayed away from purchasing much for my home studio because I would like to keep any unnecessary spending away. But when I have needed gear, Sweetwater has been great! I wouldn't shop anywhere else. They really do have person-to-person connections, because one of the sales engineers Nick knew my father who had purchased gear from here as well. So refreshing, yet I feel as though someone should pinch me, I must be dreaming.

"My experience shopping with Sweetwater has been the most positive shopping experience I’ve ever had.

I ordered. My guy Steve at Sweetwater is now, MY GUY at Sweetwater. I can text whatever I want to him and he puts in for it. I can call him and text him and he answers every time. Not immediately see, it’s just his job you know, but as soon as he’s in the office, I get a response.

Not just that.

Need an informant for tech stuff? Things you don’t know about? You can ask your guy. You can ask and ask and ask. I wouldn’t suggest perturbing anyone but you can seriously get the information you need, you can seriously get the help you need, from Sweetwater customer service.

They are there and they care.

I wish I could go work for the company, it has provided the very best shopping experience I’ve ever had in my life and I’m 36.

I 100% trust Sweetwater.

They needed to access my computer remotely to help me connect my gt-1b processor and came completely prepared. Fully knowledgeable and the remote service was smooth and efficient as well.

Every facet of this company is polished and available to meet your demands.

I’ll never walk into another guitar center in my life and have some dude half asleep sell me a defective product they won’t take back.

Besides, have you heard the Sweetwater all star band?

Get with the times and buy from a REAL company.

But just one cheap item and see for yourself. You get the cutting edge service no matter what you spend, no matter who you are.

Honestly, I’ve heard some of you are out there trying to defraud this awesome company. Shame on you. To treat this company with anything less than appreciation and respect is exactly why these things don’t exist anymore.
I don’t know how I’ve gotten along all these years buying from people in store who could care less that I need some extra information or a helping hand.

Sweetwater is THEE best in the market right now.
