"I recently bought a Taylor electric acoustic guitar from Sweetwater. Prior to making the purchase, I spoke with one of their Sales Engineers due to concerns I had about buying as guitar online. The Sales Engineer answer all my questions and offer an additional options to ease my concerns. When I placed the order for the guitar, I received several communications from Sweetwater making sure I was being kept informed of the order processing. After receiving the guitar, I received a follow-up call from them to make sure I was pleased with my purchase. What initially impressed me with Sweetwater was when I bough a $12 guitar tuner from them. A few days after receiving it, I received a call from them wanting to know if the tuner was good and I was satisfied with it. I thought man, what a company. If I received this level of customer service for a $12 item, how good the service would be for a major purchase. And it was when I bought the Taylor guitar."

"Customer service prior to the purchase was out of this world. The gentleman that was taking care of my order gave me a courtesy call before submitting the order due to several of the items not being in stock and wanted to know how I wanted to proceed (he did not want me to place the order and than be disappointed). I was asked if I wanted to wait for all of the items to be available before they shipped them to me or if I wanted them shipped as they became available. He than gave me an estimated time of arrival. As of today, I am only lacking one item but I have a rough estimate of when to expect it. Very satisfied with their service."

"This is my first experience and order with Sweetwater. I purchased the Schecter 4 string stilletto bass with an Ampeg 4x10 cabinet and Ampeg head cause I have an Ampeg guitar rig and it rocks.
