When the LX25+ arrived a couple of days later, I couldn't get it working on my Win10 machine. A Sweetwater tech worked through troubleshooting remotely with me. After a thorough check of my settings and installation, he decided the LX25+ needed to be replaced. He shipped a replacement out right away. The new device is up and running now.
So often, when I make purchases online, I feel like I'm in it alone. If anything goes wrong, I won't get any help, and returning it will be a hassle.
