"Buyers beware. I have used this company exclusively for two years, for my PC business, but recently have had nothing but trouble. The problems started in September 2002 when I was informed that a motherboard I ordered was out of stock and would be replaced with another model. To my surprise I received the one that was out of stock only to discover it was a return that had been sent back to TCWO. In addition the CPU that arrived on the same order was defective and also had to be replaced. The next order I placed was in November 2002 and I was once again notified that the motherboard I ordered was no longer available and would be replaced with another. When the order arrived the motherboard that was out of stock was included and although there was no indications it was a return it had an intermittent problem that was diagnosed to be with the chipset. When all was said and done and I purchased a replacement motherboard, through TCWO, which worked flawlessly but I was only given a partial credit for the returned motherboard because they determined it was not defective and charged me a restocking fee. In spite of all the information I gave them with regards to the motherboard problem it appears they are going to resell this motherboard to someone else as they claim it is not defective. I will not go into detail on how much money I have spent with TCWO over the past two years but it is suffice to say it is substantial. I have spoken to a couple of people at TCWO about the problem but all said they could not help me. I made one last attempt to speak with someone this afternoon, before going back to my previous supplier, but my call was not returned. I have nothing more to say except good reddens to TCWO and for others to beware. "

"I don't know about anyone else but I love TCWO! If you have ever had to deal with TigerDirect then you would know what I'm talking about. When I have a problem I just call my little buddy April @159 and get my problem fixed and she goes above and beyond what I expect to have happen. We fix and build computers at our shop and if there is some problem with the ordering I'm told pretty quickly. Alls I can tell ya is if you have problems here then go to tigerDirect and order and see what help is there for ya. "

"I purchased an Epox 8RDA+ from these folks. They encountered a problem charging my credit card. (The problem was on my end and due to the fact that I'd recently moved cross country and my billing and shipping addresses were different.) TCWO notified me via e-mail in a timely fashion - less than 24 hours after I placed the order. I spoke with two of their salespeople on the phone; they were courteous, professional, and extremely helpful. We resolved the problem. They shipped the motherboard on time (within 48 hrs. of my original order) and it arrived promptly. The product was as advertised and works great.

I recommend these folks highly and plan to do business with them again in the future.

"I have been purchasing products from TCWO as my main source for about two years. I build and sell computers. The service has always been good, shipping times good, and product selection is highly desirable with few exceptions. I have never had any situation where I thought this company was taking advantage of me in any way. The only problem I've ever had has been with backordered product, but this happens infrequently. Try to find an online retailer who doesn't backorder stuff. You won't. At least these guys tell you and try to help you out instead of keeping you waiting or screwing you over. April is a sweetheart too.

"This is the second time I have purchased from TCWO. Each time for an AMD Duron processor which they have about the best prices on. Both purchases have been a positive experience although on this latest purchase they called me to indicate they were currently out of stock even though their web site did not reflect that. They said they should have more by the end of that week (it was a Monday when they called) which was fine by me as I was not in a hurry and I was getting free shipping. Two days later I actually had the CPU delivered to my house which I certainly can't complain about. Even including this minor issue I am very happy with my experiences with this company and would definitely buy again."
