"T-Mobile doesn't know how to give customer services or understand the jobs they provide. I work in customer service myself and it is like nails on a chalkboard speaking with a representative. I switched to them in December and got a new phone number. The caller ID shows the incorrect name and with the career I have I need to use my cell phone for business. It has been almost 4 months now and nothing has been changed! I escalated this issue and have spoke to 12 Representatives!!! I have also gone to 2 different stores. Each time they say it has been fixed. STILL NOT FIXED!!! I am disgusted by this "service" STAY AWAY PEOPLE! NOT WORTH TIME OR MONEY!!!! "

"T-mobile is a worse company there is not even talking about their service, their service is horrible,
the worst cell service provider period.
I have been with the company for a while and decided to switch , after i made the switch and closed my account they kept sending me bill for full amount of service even after the account was closed, saying i cancelled my account on the 7th of the month but my bill cycle closes on the 4th so instead of charging 3 day gap they charge full month of service, thank, i am glad i switched, will never ever consider any service from this company and anyone that asks me i will point them away from t-mobile , runnnnn...

"T-mobile is the worst service I have ever had. They suck. Do your self a favor listen to the reviews. Static on every phone call no one can hear me . I called T-Mobile to see what was wrong and they hung up on me twice! PLEASE PLEASE LISTEN TO ME DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!!!!!!! YOU'LL BE MAKING A BIG MISTAKE! "

"I am writing this review because I am fed up with this wacky service from T-mobile. I've been with them before and I don't recall their service being this bad. After my contract is over, I am switching back to at&t. Honestly I prefer spending more for better service than paying less for crappy service. There are no win-wins with T-mobile!!!!!"

"T Mobile sucks this carrier is no good drops calls all the time.
and the insurance is a joke you have to jump threw all this hoops just to get a new phone if yours brakes and you pay 10 more a month and you have to pay 300 even with insurance. all i got to say is i should of never left Verizon

"T-Mobile plays a refined bait and switch game. They offer models at reduced prices like in the case of the Galaxy S from Samsung that according to their own customer service people is a phone that has very little phone memory from the beginning. They entice you to enter into the smartphone arena with this offer and then you find out that it does not work because after a while the phone goes crazy. My unit has been exchanged 5 times and when I complain they say the only solution is to upgrade or they will gladly send me another used phone returned by another poor sole like me."

"Buyer Beware! Look elsewhere! Do not use TMobile! They are lying, corrupt, dishonest, greedy crooks. They overcharge, throw bogus charges on your bill and refuse to remove them. You can call and call and they'll promise you the moon, but they only tell you what you want to hear and never actually act on what they promise to do for you. You will still receive the same ridiculously overpriced monthly bill every month. You are just wasting your time calling, waiting 10 to 20 minutes for customer service, just to be lied to. I was a loyal customer for 10 years. Should've left years ago. They charged me $89 a month for unlimited talk, text with no data coverage. Had constant dropped calls, lousy coverage, horrible/rude customer service. Nothing but empty promises, rude, impatient, liars. TMobile only cares about getting new service. Not about keeping long term loyal customers."

Terrible customer serivce, customer is wrong

"I've had nothing but horrible experiences with T-Mobile. My most recent experience was the absolute worst and it's not even over yet. Basically I purchased a brand new phone and it isn't staying connected to the wi-fi calling. I've been in the store twice now for this problem and it's still not resolved. No one wants to solve my problem, I was promised an exchange but no one will exchange the phone even though it has problems. Basically T-Mobile is right 100% of the time and the customer is wrong because if the customer was right my phone would have been replaced the first time and definitely the second time. I'm so fed up with the level of customer service. Oh and my phone costs $200, my boyfriend's costs $200 and our plan is $100 a month. In my opinion with that much money being thrown to T-Mobile they should be WAY more helpful but apparently money is no issue for T-Mobile and I am seriously considering switching carriers and taking everyone with me. Their customer service in person and on the phone is awful, no one cares to actually fix your issues. I've never had any issue with Verizon. They did everything they could to help me and always did. I have nothing but horrible experiences with T-Mobile. It's uncalled for and unacceptable. "

"Have you looked for a company with decent customer service? How about excellent customer service that blows you away. In the last year when I've had to call for minor reasons or questions, the T mobile customer service representatives not only answer right away any time, they speak fluent English and are in AMERICA! and they are helpful, happy, friendly AND they will follow up with a call or email. Even if another company claim to have better coverage, I will never leave the service I receive at T mobile. Also my phone bill is only $40 some a month and I have good coverage and a great phone (Note 2)"

"They are horrible. I live in the city with 2 stores a mile away and get no service. I went to the tmobile store and the lady just kept saying well it's probably crappy service so I named off more places I don't get service and she said the same. So why am I paying you guys every month for continuous crappy service. Your own team members at t-mobile said you guys are crappy and it's either your service or this stupid IPhone 5s your wonderful store sold me 4 months ago. I guess it's my own fault for going with this company. What a loss. Don't get suckered in like me"

"As a family we've had T-Mobile for 3 months and since the inception we've had problems. These problems include:
1) The phones not working as they should.
2) Returning a phone to T-Mobile, getting an email that the phone has been received then still being billed for the phone and its service.
3) Spoke to about 20 different reps in various departments alone with supervisors but were told T-Mobile has no records of the phone being received, as they continued to bill us. Although we had email proving this phone was received by T-Mobile, they even suggested we must have sent back an empty box and still have the phone. Finally we got an email address to forward the email we got from their warehouse that the phone was received. A collective time of about 10 hours over a period of 2 months, problem is fixed and for our troubles we got a credit of $50
4) Although the T-Mobile representatives and their supervisors sounded sympathetic to our plight and even sounding sincere as they would promise to investigate and calling us back, staying with you until the problem is resolved, they never followed through. You won’t have to explain this to anyone else they would say, and then transfer to another department where we’ll have to start our story all over again.
My wife has not had any service on her phone for the past 5 days. She needs this phone for school (getting her Double Master’s degree), for her Job as a nurse and to communicate with my son’s school, in case of an emergency.
We had to purchase service from Boost Mobile on one of our old phones, cost $50.00 for my wife
To date, after about 5 hours, collective time, talking to 4 technical support reps that troubleshoot the phone, the problem still exist
Conclusion
T-Mobile has:
Very attractive TV ads
Nice phones
Poor costumer service
Extremely high degree of inefficiency
Untrained or not very skilled technical support service reps
High degree of incompetence even at supervisory and management levels.
And an unwillingness to compensate customers for the injury suffered due to T-Mobile’s incompetence.

DON’T WALK! RUN TO ANY OTHER CARRIER!
DO NOT GET T-MOBILE!!! YOU’LL BE VERY SORRY!!!

"Over the past year or so, I have become very upset with t mobile for several reasons. When I last signed a contract on an electronic pad, the only hard paper the store could give me was my signature and terms about if I don't pay them. I had wanted a detailed receipt of what I had just signed for. Of course, when I received my first bill, I was charged for every text (had plan with unlimited texting) and my AAA insurance discount did not apply to all the areas of my bill that I was told it would at the store. Recently, I added a line to my plan on-line which stated that it would cost my zero dollars/month. I called t mobile to verify this also. When my sim card arrived, enclosed was a letter stating that I would be charged $5/month at the new year. I called and argued the situation and was told that the zero dollars was a promotion. Wouldn't you think t mobile should have stated that it was a "promotion" and when it would expire?"

"HORRIBLE, sold me a Windows 8 Nokia phone, 3 days later the phone got so hot I could not touch it, I returned and the manager took it in the back to trade it out. 20 days later the phone stopped charging. Took it back and discovered the manager took my original phone and put it in a diffrent box and gave it back to me. SR#'s Don'T Lie! A slight of hand to decieve the costomer. Phone was sent to manufactur and new is just as bad! GRRRRR"

"On December 26, 2012 I purchased a Samsung Galaxy Blaze Smartphone from T-Mobile. The next day business day I returned it because the 4G stopped working. Six months later the 4G stopped working on that phone also. I returned the second phone for repairs, they sent me a refurbished phone (without a back cover) that is much worse than the one I sent in for repairs!!! I then contacted Samsung who were no help at all. They told me to contact T-Mobile"
