"Please bring back the capability to print the chat conversation. This is critically important so that customers don’t bear the burden, frustration and irritation of taking several screen shots of the chat conversation, then needing to save those multiple screen shots somewhere. This is directly connected to customer service. While the issue may be resolved with the Talbots rep, the positive feelings go away /wane when the customer has to take several time consuming steps to save the valuable chat that contains valuable information on how the issue was resolved. Again, please print back the print capability so customers can, once again, print or save chat conversations."

"The experience was excellent! She took very good care of me and used all promotions she could. I would not needed to contact customer service if my order had not been divided into 2 deliveries and the second one had not been handed off to USPS. Everytime an ordered us handed off to USPS it is returned to sender because they claim there is a problem with the address. But that is the same address that UPS made a successful delivery for the 1st part of the order. Always problematic when there is a hand off to USPS. Never seems to get to the intended recipient. Might make me think about ordering from Tabots if you continue to use the USPS delivery hand off option."
