"I was unable to connect with Talbot's and left a message I wanted them to call me but never heard from them. Two different times I left my message and they never contacted me. I waited all day for them and didn't receive any contact at all. I can't imagine how many people have left their phone number and weren't contacted. I was so aggravated I was almost decided that I was going to shop somewhere else but I decided to call my local store and see if I couldn't place an order with them instead. Yes, my local store handled it."

"I am a new hire at the Talbots at Coconut Point -#1109. The associate did not know, nor did her supervisor that new hire associate numbers begin with a 7 and not a 0. They did honor the associate discount. It will serve you better for all employees who work this mail-order phone to be kept abreast of these sorts of changes. There may be a glitch in your system as they could not even find my associate number. The person who took the call was very apologetic and worked to get the resolution.. It was not her fault that she did not have correct information or that the system was not working correctly"

"Talbots should offer on-line Exchanges, not just on-line returns. It is annoying to do a return on an item that does not fit, and then have to place a separate new order for a substituted size. Customer should be able to return and reorder on line in a single transaction."
