"Talbots sent me a $25 coupon but I was unable to use it. Most close don’t fit because they offer very little tall. The sleeves are not always long enough and most dresses are too short. I like the styles though and sometimes I get lucky. I’m 5’11”. Sometimes I can let the hem down on a dress. I would like to see more wool and less polyester-blazers, coats and sweaters. More natural fibers. Cashmere scarves. I like your holiday and cocktail clothes. I buy outfits every year for the holidays and fundraisers. Nice catalogs and nice sales ladies. I like your summer tops and colors. I like thin cotton in the summer. Please send me more catalogs. I don’t get them regularly."
"The web site would not let me enter my $25 Classic Awards so I had to call and have an associate place the order for me. This is ridiculous. Why send them out and then make them hard to use? I ended up not buying the 2 items I'd tried to buy the day before. So I only bought one instead. I love getting the awards but this was frustrating!!"
