"The issue with my order is unresolved and is being looked into. I was told to call back after 48 hours to allow time to research the problem. I would think Talbot’s would contact me when the issue is resolved not ask me to call back in 2 days to see if and how it was resolved. I was given a case number to reference when I call back."
"The phone call was great. However the reason for the call was very frustrating and it has happened before. I had a rewards coupon for $25, I had just received an email reminding me to use the coupon. I also had the paper coupon that they sent me in the mail. Then I go on line and it says that I don't have any rewards. I checked all previous orders to make sure that I hadn't already used the coupon. I had not used the coupon so it should have been still available to use. She finds the coupon but even she has to go behind the scene to figure out how I can use it. She finally says that in order to use the coupon she would have to place the order for me. I was very grateful that she could help me. My frustration is that this has happened several times and I wish they could work out the bugs in the program so that I don't have to waste my time trying to figure it out. Thank you"

"I had a very positive experience. On Tuesday, 10/15 at about 11:00 PM I was delighted to see a flash sale of an extra $50 off on purchases over $200,with the code Winterfest. It also said that it combined with all other offers including the Friends and Family discount. I had 2 dresses in my cart for a few days and I was deciding on which one to purchase as I really liked them. When I saw the special promotion I decided to buy both. However, the computer would not accept the Winterfest code. The flash sale was ending at midnight and there was no one to call. I took a photo of the promotion and called Talbots the next day. The first gentleman I spoke to was very nice but told me the offer had expired. I explained to him that i had tried several times to put in the code. I was discouraged and asked him for more details about two 2 dresses so I could make a decision between them. He patiently did this and described each dress. I told him I would think about it. I also said that I thought it was misleading advertising and he then transferred my call to customer service. The gentleman I was connected with was extremely helpful.You also asked about what you could do to improve. I would like to see more size 0 offered in misses cloth es.I would have ordered the 0 if you had it. I take misses in dresses but petite in pants. You do often have petite in pants and jeans but they are often out of stock."

"I had a problem getting my order placed on line during a 50% sale. I phoned because when I signed in on line, the message said they couldn't find my account. The first associate who answered gave me a sharp answer about the items not being 50% off, which was not the case. Then he hung up on me. When I called back, I was hung up on again. The third call resulted in Tamara, who was extremely helpful. She Was able to find my account and place the order. She certainly knows great customer service."
