"After 4 phone calls of your rep transferring me to customer service, hearing voices in the background or being cut off, this agent finally “said he fixed the problem” which I was told over a month ago. Problem: I return a pair of shoes (too small) and I PAID UP FRONT AT UPS POSTAGE but you deducted postage from the return. I reported this now three times for the return cost of postage I PAID To RETURN! Yes since August 28th that I returned! You use to enclose return label that I used but now I pay upfront to return as I have no printer capability and your agent tells me ups will print it. Yes for a charge of $5+ from me to print plus what you charge for using your label. And Talbots is no longer in Hampton and I cannot drive 59. Miles each way to a store. I guess this 30 year relationship has ran its course as buying online has become a headache for me."

"Not sure if this is the phone conversation. I placed many orders over the phone. One call the background talking in Spanish was so loud I could hardly hear the person speaking. Twice when I placed orders the person on the phone had very heavy accents it was hard to understand."

"My issues with Talbots are as follows: in the past my purchase history & returns used to be able to be seen online when signing in into my account; Talbots have changed that & returns are no longer found online. I wish you go back to the way it used to be. Also, not all orders appear on my history either & that needs to change too. Talbots’ size variation is frustrating too. Many customers like me, are frustrated with variations in sizing to such point that it is difficult to buy without having to make returns because of sizing reasons. Another issue is you need to have more merchandise available in petite plus. A reason I still shop at Talbots is because it offers petite plus merchandise. But you don’t have enough & either it isn’t available or it sells out too quickly. I wish I could buy more at my local store but they carry a very limited selection of petite sizes & zero petite plus items. Lastly, reaching customer service by phone is extremely slow & frustrating."
