"If I place an order and you incorrectly fill it, I should not be expected to return it to the store which is a 30 minutes one way drive for me. When I expressed my displeasure, turns out the associate emailed me a label for me to return the incorrect item via mail but she didn't offer that until I expressed by displeasure at being expected to drive to a store to make the return - - it wasn't my error. I also did not like that I was charged for reordering the item and can only hope that I will receive a credit for the returned item (which was marked final sale and could not be returned - but again, it isn't what I ordered)."

Talbot’s fashions are terrific for tall gals, as the waist and sleeves are perfect, but for pants and jeans we need a 34 inseam and there are very few offered by Talbots. Offer more in Future please!"

I had a gift certificate to use and so that’s why I recently purchased an item. These days I never buy anything from Talbots. It’s too bad because the quality and classic styles were just great, I could always find wonderful items to purchase."
