"My issues with Talbots are as follows: in the past my purchase history & returns used to be able to be seen online when signing in into my account; Talbots have changed that & returns are no longer found online. I wish you go back to the way it used to be. Also, not all orders appear on my history either & that needs to change too. Talbots’ size variation is frustrating too. Many customers like me, are frustrated with variations in sizing to such point that it is difficult to buy without having to make returns because of sizing reasons. Another issue is you need to have more merchandise available in petite plus. A reason I still shop at Talbots is because it offers petite plus merchandise. But you don’t have enough & either it isn’t available or it sells out too quickly. I wish I could buy more at my local store but they carry a very limited selection of petite sizes & zero petite plus items. Lastly, reaching customer service by phone is extremely slow & frustrating."
