She quickly sent me a return label on my g-mail and prepared my order for the exchange. I received updates on my new order and my return order. She explained my new order would be charged to my card and the exchange would be processed to my card in 2 to 3 weeks. She was most helpful and answered all of my questions."

Most employees for your company are now foreign and do not speak good English which is annoying to say the least. The time on hold to put an order in is also ridiculous. It took a long time to be able to pay the $2.00. I felt that there was no need to keep in an automated loop. Plus the $ 2.00 was due to your error."
