Totally wrong after I guided the associate ( I am an 18 yr retired associate) I explained emphatically the difference between billing and sending info. Most important because I am not at mt residence (billing) for a long time as I am a snowbird. He STILL managed to reverse billing & sending info & so it is on the way to a vacant address. He also charged shipping. I called within a few hours to cust service to cancel the order which I was told they did. Two days later I got a confirmation that it was still sent ( to the vacant Florida address). The person taking the ordering was not trained competently. And the 2nd person assured me it was cancelled and not going to Florida but Apparantly on the way according to my confirmation."
