"I was unable to place an online order using my rewards. When I logged in, it clearly showed I had rewards available to use. After shopping, upon check out, your system said I had no rewards available. It made me angry!!! I called Customer Service and in order to use my rewards, I needed to place my order over the phone. Very unsatisfied ... Talbot's needs to address this issue promptly. The customer service agent said it was a known issue."

"This was my third call to get a promised credit on my account. Since the promised credit never got recorded on my credit card statement, I received a $21.68 late fee for not paying $8.95. I was told I couldn't get the credit now because too much time had passed. This was Talbot's fault, not mine. I was offered a $25 rewards certificate which was very difficult for the representative to deliver. She ended up using voice mail to deliver the information. She said after a long time on hold, that it couldn't be emailed. I find that Talbots system are very inefficient and ineffective. The communication between Talbots and their credit card bank is very poor. After shopping at Talbots for 20 years, I will hesitate to make another purchase."
