She was pleasant and professional and given that I had never encountered a similar situation, despite being a prolific online shopper, I found her to be reassuring. Although I provided mu email and full profile, and even applied for a Talbots Card which was approved - the system did not identify me. so I could not see the items in my orders. So I could return some that did not work. I made an over$2000 order, plus smaller ones after. None could be traced. Only the agents could. 3 agents with which I spoke could not help."
"I used a reward to purchase something and they charged me on my billl. Associate said there was something wrong but because I didn’t have a confirmation # on my order she couldn’t help me. So I am stuck paying for something that I used a reward for. Talbots has really gone done hill. This isn’t the only hassle I have had if late. Terrible. Doesn’t anyone audit your billing? It’s was a small purchase but it’s the point of the matter. One of your billers screwed up and I get stuck with their mistake?"
