The rep I spoke with on 9/6 seemed to be working from home and was not a very good representative for Talbots complaining about the computer and continually repeating questions because she forgot what I had said. She clearly led me to believe it was highly unlikely that if she placed a replacement order, that the items I wanted would ever be mailed out."
