Then a note came that they were out, but it would be shipped free within 3 days. After three days, another note came that the order had been cancelled because they hadn't heard from us. Not true. "I have 5 kids, so it seems like we always need something. Socks, toothpaste, folders for school, etc. Target is usually the place I turn to first. Online shopping at Target is simple. The website is easy to navigate and almost as much fun as shopping in person. Of course, not all online buys end of being the right size, material, etc, but returns at Target are simple. "

"I selected an item that showed in stock; ordered the item; received communication that the order was ready for pick up; drove to the store; picked up the item and it not what I ordered! Returned! Asked for what I ordered and was told it was not available. The item was a throw pillow. So an employee randomly picked a pillow because they could not find the one I ordered. If you order online, the items may be available or you may just get anything in that price range. REALLY?! Very disappointed in this whole experience!"

"I don't save any money with you anymore. Other stores might cost more but there discounts and deals are worth going to multiple places since you stopped giving me anything worth shopping there for. I only purchase my pet food from you now because I don't want to change their brand and I have a sensitive eater. I give kindful 100% positive feedback for the product, but target gets a 0% for crappy deals and no rewards. "

"I frequently do curbside pickup for convenience. This order was curbside because I had just gotten out of the hospital. Unfortunately, when I got my order home, three of the items that I ordered, two meat and one salad, were expired. Employees who pull curbside orders need to be more cautious of expiration dates. Target in general needs to keep a closer eye on what is on store shelves. I was not able to drive, so I was not able to go back to the store to replace the items that I needed for the week."

"Instead of same day delivery, my order was first delayed until late at night and then moved until tomorrow morning! There were items that for health reasons I needed today. Totally unacceptable. NEVER ordering from them again! "
