When I go into the store to find a substitute for said item I find that the original item wasn't actually out of stock. This isn't just one specific item. It's a different item every time. And it's always in stock when I go inside. "

Had to carry everything by hand and then went to cash out was then directed to a cashier instead of self checkout with only 3 items on hand. Disgusting waste of my time. Order pickup was a lot better. In and out quickly. Too bad the regular purchase ruined the entire experience that day.

"Don’t bother buying sale items online for pickup during Black Friday or any major sale event because it will be canceled the very next day. I had the option of locating another Target which I did and again the very next day it was canceled due to sale item mysteriously unavailable. Or was it that the staff sold the items to someone at the store. Reminder this occurred twice from two different locations. This is unacceptable. "

Got membership to get free delivery but got charged $4 because of shipt. Wasted time with customer service as they could not help with charge even though customer service ‘assured’ me prior to order that I would be refunded. Please check chat records to confirm. Ridiculous. Also had to contact twice again and waste 30 mins to get approved price match which was adjusted prior to order, only to have changed back to regular price upon order delivery. Very frustrating shopping and membership experience!"
