"Customer service here is always great! They always take care of any issues. The only thing I'd like to see the membership price go away. Savings isn't enough to keep subscription since most local competitors (RD, Sams or Walmrt) have most of the same products (different brands) at the same price. You only save of free shipping on some items whereas the others stores include it with purchse. Either way, best CS I've dealt with."

"Happy enough with the speed of service and the ease of checking out but the shipping to Canada is astronomical and certainly not what it actually costs a large volume company to ship to Canada.
I run a low shipping volume company and ship back and forth from Canada/US frequently and it's bizarre how expensive your rates are. I can ship to Europe cheaper."

"We own a number of restaurants and for many years have purchased our glassware and many small wares from Webstaurant.. Recently, our glass orders have been coming in with a percentage of the glasses broken and have not been labeled fragile on the box. I strongly urge Webstaurant to increase your shipping standards. I addressed the issue on live chat, and the person on the chat could not have been less interested in hearing my opinion

"Item arrived damage and webstaurantstore.com wouldn't offer to replace the item. This happens when using cut rate shipping services like FedEx. I was offered a 20% refund and countered with a 30% which was accepted by their representative. After the agent agreed to refund me 30% I was only sent a refund of the lower amount of 20%. I do not recommend this vendor as they're unwilling to stand behind their product when it's damaged by their shipper. I recommend and use UPS for my business as the workforce is compensated more favorably which results in a better shipping & handling experience. "
