"This is the 4th year in a row that we have bought a 30 qt Hobart Dough hook. They seem to last 1 year and that is it. Seems a little odd that they would be made to only last 1 year. We own a small , wholesale bakery that makes 400-500 breads a week. I feel the dough hook for a commercial mixer should be able to handle that kind of work load. Instead , about 10-11 months worth of use causes the hook to crack and eventually breaks a month later. For around $100 each (including shipping) you think they would last longer than 1 year. Would love to hear feedback from others, I can not imagine a full time , larger operation would ever use this product."

"We find most items we need here at Webstaurant besides specialty items. Prices are competitive and items arrive quickly. When things are out of stock, we use the "notify me" function and as soon as an email comes we know we can re-order. We are pleased with the earth-friendly item selection like the takeout containers and cutlery. Many things in bulk can be purchased in small amounts to test them. Whenever we have had an issue with our order, whether items came damaged or missing, we had very quick resolution and the customer service agents are very helpful and friendly!"

"Before becoming a member, I would receive my order in 2-3 days. Now it's very few and far between that I receive my order in the time they say members will receive their orders. I don't think the orders are put in priority first. Also never have received any credit difference from saving less then membership fee. "
