We list the estimated lead time of the items on each item's page, under the price of the item. Site easy to navigate

"Set up is easy to navigate. Great because i don't have all the time in the world to rummage through everything just to find the one thing I'm looking for. Also liked the idea of having the option on the side of similar products or of the same product but slightly different just in case. It's great to compare all on one page and it was done automatically without the hassle of blocking my original purchase."

Horrible

"The absolute worst experience. Weve been contacting the for 5 days regarding no updates in there system on a urgent expedited shipment. For the 1st 2 days I couldn't even get customer service to give me more than general info. Finally locked up on a decent rep who tried to help, but I'm assuming this company could care less about the start up mom and pops who put there blood sweat and tears into getting there family out of poverty. I had been guaranteed I would get my order for the past 5 days. All they way up to yesterday I was still told I was going to get it. Never did I think they would leave us clean up there mess at the last minute. No one ever had the decent to call. Now here we are the day of our event,with 60 gallons of tea we cannot keep warm or serve. Thanks!"

Shipping and return policies

"Shipping cost is outrageous as is the return on items 20% restocking fee.Think twice before ordering anything example: order $676.57 shipping cost $109.57 on Returns cost of the thing i ordered was $207.99 returned shipping was $53.38 and restocking was $41.60 you do the math not worth it. Also was sent the wrong thing they paid for shipping but i had to find a FedX store to bring it to. THINK TWICE BEFORE ORDERING FROM WEBSTAURANT STORE"

Waiting but Patiently

"I have seen the ratings both great and bad, my first experience didn't turn out like i thought with a return. in fact i can honestly say i was a bit impressed because they did not ask me to return the defective item because of the size and awkwardness, but to just take pictures, send via email and then they sent a new pot out. The other i just discarded and there was no extra charges. However that was a few years back and i'm not sure if management has changed. This order i just placed will of course let me know if i need to stay with them for the items that i will need to further my business. I will say this is my first time chatting to get the information and knowledge that i needed for this order and about a product i wasn't certain about. I appreciate the customer service. i'm truly praying this is a good company to work with as i don't want to keep changing, consistency is necessary. The ground charges (initial) are reasonable for the items i just purchased. i would like to see less much much less for 2 or 3 day delivery that was seriously pricey especially for small business owners. so i went ground and hope that they ship as the items come available and not in a bulk. i will update later on but for now with so much happening in the world i am going to be patient and wait. "

Shipping Charges can be reasonable

"I am ordering mostly supplies from this store, shipping is kind of outrageous, I almost pay 20-35% of the order value in shipping. So, many times shipping eats my savings on product. ( I am not at the point to afford monthly flat shipping)"

Terrible shipping and return policy

"On the way to me, it cost $22, on the return, it was only $7. The y explained to me the cost of the print and sticking on the label is extra. Plus I was charged a 30% restocking fee. Ebay had $7 shipping. Buy from them."

“We are a wholesaler geared towards bulk ordering from businesses and pride ourselves in our low pricing. However, in order to maintain this low pricing, we don't have an exchange process. In the event of a standard return, the item would need to be sent back, and a restocking fee is deducted from the return credit for the added service of processing an item back into stock. If we did not have a restocking fee our prices would need to be higher in order to absorb the added cost. We certainly understand your return situation wasn't ideal, but we hope that our low prices will make it worth trying us again in the future. VERY POOR SERVICE

"WE ORDER EQUIPMENTS FORM THIS COMPANY ON 29TH AUGUST 2018.TODAY 10TH OCTOBER. WE REQUESTED WHITEGLOW DELIVERY.WHICH WE PAID $1400.00 FOR IT.
AFTER A MONTH WE HAVEN'T GOT THE DELIVERY. WHEN WE CALLED THEM THEY ARE SAYING THEY WILL LET US KNOW IN TWO BUSINESS DAYS. THEY NEED TO FOLLOW PORPER PROCESS , WHICH CAN TAKE TIME, THAT'S WHAT THEY SAID. MEANWHILE WE CONTACT WHITEGLOW SERVICE THEY SAYS THEY NEVER RECEIVED FULL SHIPMENT FROM WEBSTAURANTSTORE.AND WEBSTAURANT KEEP TELLING US WHITE GLOW IS NOT ANSWERING THEM.I DON'T SUGGEST THIS COMPANY TO ANY ONE.
