"I ordered a set of six martini glasses and, when they arrived, one glass was broken off at the stem. While the box containing the glasses was wrapped in bubble wrap, the glasses had no wrapping of any kind. The box had cardboard dividers but the glasses were allowed to move in their compartments. I was amazed that only one glass broke. When I contacted customer service, they would only refund the cost of the individual glass and refused to pay for the prorated $20.00 shipping cost. When asked to replace the broken glass, they refused and said they don't ship just one. Won't be doing any business with this company again..."
"Webstaurant does not provide any warranty on appliances in Canada. I purchased a waring double waffle cone maker which after conversion/duties/taxes cost me $700 CAN… This appliance broke down 3 months later and they cannot help me what so ever, they refuse to repair the product or replace it . so if your in Canada i highly recommend buying within Canada or from a more reputable company with real customer service. "

"I ordered 300 Ice Cream Cones on September 28 with an expected delivery of 4 or 5 days. Previous reviews said there were some broken cones, but it was acceptable considering the product. My event was on October 6 and the package arrived October 10. That wasn't good. I had reason to use the cones on October 25, so I opened the package (that had been sitting undisturbed since the 10th) and they were severely damaged. I didn't count, but at least half of them were broken. Do not use this company if you have a time sensitive order or it involves ice cream cones."
