"when placing an order you would expect the product coming from the closest warehouse, but that's not the case. They pick the farthest warehouse and it's going to take the longest to arrive. Their shipping info page is worthless unless you know exactly where the product is originating.

"I received defective products and rather than ship them to me next day, then shipped them ground since I ordered them ground delivery despite the fact that I could not use the product I originally ordered. Their shipping prices are exorbitant. Currently searching for another supplier for this reason"

"I ordered a vacuum sealer from Webstaurant store. It turned out to be the wrong product. I attempted to return the product less then a week after purchase in which I was informed that they would not return my product.... So, apparently I am stuck with a $700 vacuum sealer that will not work with what I need it for.... As I looked at other reviews, apparently this is a recurring theme with Webstaurant…. I wish I would have read the reviews before I purchased... Oh and try to speak with a supervisor....Good luck, apparently they don't have a supervisor to talk with....Beware and know exactly what you are getting before you purchase anything from them because if you get it wrong you are stuck.... Or like the lady told me, 'we are a wholesaler of restaurant products, you can resell it for a lot more then you bought it for'... lol, what a joke!"
