"I ordered their Regency 36" 16-Gauge Stainless Steel One Compartment Commercial Utility Sink, installed it in my hangar, and two weeks later I notice rust spots on the bottom and in the seams. I contacted the company to discuss a replacement or refund and was told I was supposed to completely dry the sink every day. They tried to tell me that stainless steel will rust if it's not dried. I politely responded that stainless steel doesn't rust - which is why sinks are made out of it. Got a second letter from them more words but the same result. No return authorized, even at my own expense (which I offered). No refund. After this miserable experience, I checked their reviews and saw that 34% are rated "1". That explains it all. Steer clear of these folks or you'll be sorry. "

WHY post a negative feedback? My civic duty to warn all of you, as many of the reports online by consumers had said, this company is biased and very unfair and will not go to lengths to provide not even mediocre customer service. They are the worst!
Shipping fees are horrific to say the least!
Return policies are outrageous and a huge SCAM! Will hit your with off the roof fees such as restocking or will make it seem like they're doing you a favor while they actually sucking your money out.

"DO NOT USE. they sent us a defective product (literally haven't even been able to use it for 1 minute because it leaks) and it has taken over 3 weeks to get it fixed and it's still not fixed. save yourselves the trouble and spend a little bit more money for QUALITY (not broken) products. Aside from the inconvenience they have caused, our restaurant has also missed out on a lot of money that could have been made had we had a working product. "Inquired about doing a return only to learn there is a 30% "restocking fee" plus I would have to cover the shipping to send it back! When all is said and done I would probably be out $35 on a $40 order after paying the slightly ridiculous $14 shipping cost on the order, $9 restocking fee, and then another $10+ just to send the order back to. I haven't even taken the items out of the box they were shipped in, just need a new shipping label slapped on it -- not really into paying the 30% restocking fee for someone to place it back on a shelf. Obviously a company that only cares about profit and not the customer!"

"I have been a loyal customer over years and I have bought many equipment from them. The recent experience though makes me not wanting to do any business with this company.
I just bought a unit: Bunn 43600.0003 H5X Element SST 5 Gallon Hot Water Machine 212 Degree Fahrenheit - 240V; after we hooked it up and discovered it was leaking.
It's a brand new machine; so I thought I can just ask to replace it. However, the customer service rep said I must work with the manufacturer under the warranty. I could understand if I have been using it for a while; but it's a brand new machine, why cannot I just return it?
The rep said since it's hooked up, so it's used; but how can I find the leak issue without hooking it up? after we found it's leaking, of course, we won't use it anymore.
The machine requires a certified electrician to wire up the electrical; and we had to pay for it. Not only they don't try to reimburse me my cost (which, to be honest, I haven't really pushed on yet), but also they push me out to the manufacturer. It is a very unpleasant experience.
Also, it takes a while even to find their customer phone number. They hide it very well. I had to do an online chat, which of course, people will just copy/paste standard answers over and over.
Think TWICE before you order any equipment from this company!

However they need to do a better job of lowering shipping costs which can be half again the cost of the product. They also need improved Customer Service with a phone number to call. The Chat window works well but it's not very personable. Lastly, I had to cancel an order I had placed only minutes before and they could not guarantee the cancellation stating the order had already been forwarded to the manufacturer - which means they probably don't warehouse a lot of their product making cancellations and returns harder for the customer."
"Bought a deep fryer and called right away when it did not work. It has been over two weeks and 14 phone calls later and finally got someone to call back. Had a tech here to tell me it has three bad components and will take another week and a half to get parts and not sure when a tech can be back to install. Tech said unit should be replaced. We are a small business that is only open 8 weeks and now have lost the first three weeks. No one in websturaunt cares or is willing to make something happen. Buy elsewhere!!! "I put in my first order today because they had the faucet I needed for my yoga studio. While on site, I decided to take a look around and ended up picking up a case of toilet paper and a case of tissues. Normally, I buy multiple cases, but I wanted to buy one each to try their products. I looked around the site for shipping information, but I all I found was a map of the US outlining where their warehouses were. Since they had a warehouse in PA and my products were going to NY, I thought the shipping charges would be reasonable. Was I wrong?! The shipping charges were 15.8% of my entire order. That is outrageous. I called to find out why they were so high, but I got this young woman who was clearly reading from some script. (Apparently, the high shipping costs have elicited a lot of complaints.) She tried to tell me about bulk purchasing and wholesale pricing and FedEx and on and on. I had to stop her rattling on by letting her know that she didn't answer my question on why shipping charges were nearly 16% of the order. Not having a good answer, she just continued on about warehouse pricing and how this is the way they keep their prices low. Well it's not low if you paid for it in outrageous shipping charges that are not apparent until you check out. Really disappointed. I don't know the quality of the merchandise I bought, so I might be paying through the nose to have inferior products delivered to me. That would be a further insult. "
"I ordered a commercial product for home and discovered that it would not work for me. The company refuses to honor their return policy and take the product back. I will have no choice, but to file a complaint against the company. I have offered to pay restocking and return shipping and they are still not assisting me. They keep insisting that I must go through warranty claims and have a technician come to look at the product in my home which is not possible because I cannot take off from work anymore until next year. No vacation or sick time left due to family circumstances. I have informed them of this and a manager has still not contacted me and this has been going on for weeks now with no resolution. I will never do business with this company again. I have purchased other things from them in the past that I still have and enjoy, but this customer service experience has ended our relationship. "
