"The absolute worst experience. Weve been contacting the for 5 days regarding no updates in there system on a urgent expedited shipment. For the 1st 2 days I couldn't even get customer service to give me more than general info. Finally locked up on a decent rep who tried to help, but I'm assuming this company could care less about the start up mom and pops who put there blood sweat and tears into getting there family out of poverty. I had been guaranteed I would get my order for the past 5 days. All they way up to yesterday I was still told I was going to get it. Never did I think they would leave us clean up there mess at the last minute. No one ever had the decent to call. Now here we are the day of our event,with 60 gallons of tea we cannot keep warm or serve. Thanks!"

"Shipping cost is outrageous as is the return on items 20% restocking fee.Think twice before ordering anything example: order $676.57 shipping cost $109.57 on Returns cost of the thing i ordered was $207.99 returned shipping was $53.38 and restocking was $41.60 you do the math not worth it. "I have seen the ratings both great and bad, my first experience didn't turn out like i thought with a return. in fact i can honestly say i was a bit impressed because they did not ask me to return the defective item because of the size and awkwardness, but to just take pictures, send via email and then they sent a new pot out. The other i just discarded and there was no extra charges. However that was a few years back and i'm not sure if management has changed. This order i just placed will of course let me know if i need to stay with them for the items that i will need to further my business. I will say this is my first time chatting to get the information and knowledge that i needed for this order and about a product i wasn't certain about. I appreciate the customer service. i'm truly praying this is a good company to work with as i don't want to keep changing, consistency is necessary. The ground charges (initial) are reasonable for the items i just purchased. i would like to see less much much less for 2 or 3 day delivery that was seriously pricey especially for small business owners. so i went ground and hope that they ship as the items come available and not in a bulk. i will update later on but for now with so much happening in the world i am going to be patient and wait. "I ordered their Regency 36" 16-Gauge Stainless Steel One Compartment Commercial Utility Sink, installed it in my hangar, and two weeks later I notice rust spots on the bottom and in the seams. I contacted the company to discuss a replacement or refund and was told I was supposed to completely dry the sink every day. They tried to tell me that stainless steel will rust if it's not dried. I politely responded that stainless steel doesn't rust - which is why sinks are made out of it. Got a second letter from them more words but the same result. No return authorized, even at my own expense (which I offered). No refund. After this miserable experience, I checked their reviews and saw that 34% are rated "1". That explains it all. Steer clear of these folks or you'll be sorry. "
