"In all my dealings with online restaurant suppliers this has to be my worst experience. Ordered a small batch of items which all showed in stock and would ship within one day. I checked my order a day or so later and it showed my items would not ship for an additional three days...they did not communicate this to me and to top it off, it's been 3 days and my items still have not shipped. I understand these are tough times, but if you are going to stay open and take orders post real world delivery expectations. I have tried to communicate with the firm and they hide behind chat boxes...they will not answer the phone, The reps I have dealt with have been curt and rude and could really care less about my order. They still can't tell me when my order will ship...I can't believe a firm like this has no business intelligence to know what's what. If you need something to arrive within a designated time frame I would recommend you stay far away from this organization as you will be sorely disappointed. "
