So within the hour after placing my order I web chatted with them to ask to change my order because I needed the dry one. They were no help and said it wasn’t something they would do for me. So now I’m stuck with the wrong extinguisher and the refund policy has a 30% restocking fee plus shipping. Total ripoff artists. Never shopping this site again. Business lost"

"I purchased a mixer from them, upon initial use i noticed the mixer was defective. I contacted them immediately for a return, that's when i was told that they will not replace the item and i need to deal with the manufacturer. It should be in bold letters in their home page so customer's know what they are dealing with. They do not accept return and will not replace an item for you if it is defective. "

"Recently bought a Meat Grinder machine from them with extended warranty. After a couple of uses (no more than 30 minutes in a single run) the machine started overheating and stops working. Upon contacting the customer support I was told that the company does not cover it under the warranty.
I donot understand why would they even sell a warranty if they cannot honor it. They might have a wide range of products but based on my experience the quality is definitely poor.
I would not be buying from them definitely and would be strongly suggest you to stay away as well.

When speaking to our Customer Solutions team you had confirmed that you had never lubricated the unit, and it does state in the manual that you must lubricate the head, plates, and knife of this meat grinder before and after each use. Since the instructions were not followed, this situation does fall under "misuse" which is not covered under the warranty. "We have been moving more and more business away from Sysco & US Foods due to very competitive pricing and delivery when we need it. We get just one delivery per week from these guys and with Webstaurant I can order when I need it and with in a few days it's there."
"I spoke with a representative before making an order... specifically about delivery time expectations.
They told me to expect 1-2 business days.
Well they broke the shipments down into 4 (FOUR) separate deliveries and ONE WEEK later - I have received a handful of my order.
To Top it off, I paid $142 delivery fee. That completely wipes out any savings you would see from using your normal vendors.
We will not order again.

I do apologize if there was any confusion on processing time versus transit time. If an item on our site does state that it usually ships out within 1-2 business days, that is the processing time. Meaning that the order will ship out from our location within that time frame. I do see that you placed your order on 8/27 and the items shipped out on 8/28 and 8/29. The reason that your items shipped from different warehouses is due to not all of the items being in stock in one warehouse. I am sorry if that is not what you were expecting, but it is for our customers' benefit. We do try and get orders out as quickly as possible, so that does mean that items will ship from several warehouses if need be based on stock count.
