"I spoke with a representative before making an order... specifically about delivery time expectations.
They told me to expect 1-2 business days.
Well they broke the shipments down into 4 (FOUR) separate deliveries and ONE WEEK later - I have received a handful of my order.
To Top it off, I paid $142 delivery fee. That completely wipes out any savings you would see from using your normal vendors.
We will not order again.

"First let me inform you that I am not a restaurant owner. I'm just a regular guy who enjoys cooking for my family and friends. In doing so I enjoy having the right equipment and supplies to do the very best that I can. According to my lovely wife my best dish is my smoked brisket. Along with smoking a brisket comes the proper brisket rub, and in the quest for finding the perfect brisket rub, no off-the-shelf rub will do. I have therefore come up with what we think is the perfect brisket rub. Hits the discovery of webstaurant store, and hence the evolution of this review. Prior to the discovery of this website the average batch of seasoning required to put together my seasoning rub cost somewhere in the neighborhood of $45 to $55 at one of the big box stores. The same seasonings can be bought on this website for $18.25. And I don't even have to fight the crowds. Need I say more?"
"Ordered/purchased products, but was sent items from a 2017, p.o. # 26843441. Explaining this to customer service was futile.
Customer service said "no refund." Customer service said that the "mistake" happened on our end. Who says that? Why would she refer to the customer as a liar?
The current shipment did not include items that were put into the shopping cart when purchase was made on 8/24/19. Order date was 8/24, notice of shipment was 8/26. Fine print on bottom says "We cannot guarantee that your order can be modified or canceled at this time. If you wish to modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible." Contact was made as soon as possible. Customer service contacted via chat 8/27.

I do see that you placed an order for the exact things as you previously ordered from us in September 2017. When you are in your account you do have the ability to add previously ordered items back into your cart. This may have been what took place when you were looking at your order history. The wrong items were not shipped to you, as these were the items that were placed into the cart and confirmed at checkout. I do apologize if you did not mean to place this order, however we are not able to accept returns on consumable items. When you place an order, you are also sent a confirmation email listing the products that were ordered. This information was sent to you immediately after you placed your order, and at that time you were able to review what was ordered and contact us if any changes would have needed to be made. "I ordered a fryer from these guys it shipped out and never showed up at my location. it seems the carrier lost it. well webstaurant says well look into it 7 days later. they said it was lost and would reship. no expidated shipping just shipped common carrier. remember it has now been a week. you cannot call them only talk to them via chat. the reps will say opps sorry but they dont care that im am now without a fryer for 2 weeks. will not do this again to save 150 bucks. lost more in time down than i saved. BTW webstaurant offered nothing to me although i lost hundreds of dollars. "

I do see that as soon as you notified us, looking for an update on the order, we started a dock check with the carrier to try and locate the shipment and were able to offer you a resolution the very next day. This item does ship on an 18 wheeler, and these common carrier shipments are not able to be expedited. I do apologize for the inconvenience. WEBSTAURANT STORE met all my needs, my items arrived on time. Upon inspection on the packages, I found several glasses broken, I immediately contacted the company via chat, the response took 3 minutes exactly, and the cust service rep DANIELLE C. owned the problem, apologized and offered me two options to solve it right away! I picked the one that suited me the best.
All in all, excellent customer service, great products, and even with the shipping charges I ended up saving about 50% of what I would have paid anywhere else including prime."

"The most horrible experience. Only one customer service person somewhat redeemed the company is Marissa. I WILL NEVER order from your company again and will not allow any other of my departments to do the same. Even of we pay a higher price! You complete ignorance and horrible customer service in response due to all the mistakes on top of it poor treatment and lack of ownership on your end. I has to beg for 45 minutes to speak with a manager!!!!There is no place to comment except from this source.BRANDON should be fired! "My wife purchased several items at 10:30pm, then at midnight one item went on sale for $50 off. Contacted customer service thru chat Suzanne and asked what could be done. She said too bad can't honor lower price, because it is a valid coupon! Then asked about when we receive the item, returning it for refund, again no your stuck. Obviously they not interested in either customer service or restaurant business!!"

Meaning that the order will ship out from our location within that time frame. I do see that you placed your order on 8/27 and the items shipped out on 8/28 and 8/29. The reason that your items shipped from different warehouses is due to not all of the items being in stock in one warehouse. I am sorry if that is not what you were expecting, but it is for our customers' benefit. We do try and get orders out as quickly as possible, so that does mean that items will ship from several warehouses if need be based on stock count.
