When I live-chatted with an associate, they were unable to help me. She sent me a link and when you clicked on it, there it was I cancelled the order. Not a great experience!"

I receive the items quickly, however the 1 gal containers that stated they were leak-proof on the site are not in fact, leak-proof. In person, I notice the spout and the gallon marker are near each other, so if you fill it up to that height and push in the lid, the lid will push anything around it, up and out the spout. I try to return them online, only to receive an email that some or all of the items are ineligible, which makes no sense. So I call them.
My first time calling, one girl answers, and I begin talking. But then another girl answers, then hangs up. No one calls back. I call again and speak with Wesley. He apologizes but then cuts me off asking for a reference number. At this point I'm not happy with this service.
He then proceeds to feed me lines he's said to hundreds of other customers. "we don't do that, the site picture has the lid like this, etc." He doesn't listen to me, clearly doesn't want to be on this call, and states the obvious, like next time, buy a bigger container....great advice! He basically treats me like I'm the bad guy and he's the victim.
When I state the copy on the site isn't accurate, and I won't be paying to send them back since I'm not at fault, he denies my request. So I ask to speak to his superior and he tells me no. He's the highest one there and the only one who could help me. Okay Wesley. After a bit of back and forth, he agrees to return it at no cost to me. At the end of our convo, I ask him his name and title. It's Wesley, customer service agent. So I confirm that he's just a csr, and there's no one else above him. He says he does have a supervisor but he would be the one to help me, not his superior. So on top of being a terrible agent, he's a liar too. Wesley, you wouldn't believe it, but I too worked at a call center for 3 years, and it was hard but I enjoyed helping people. If you don't enjoy helping people, I suggest you go into something else...like embalming.
I was planning on spending over 20k at this store in the future, but after this ridiculous incident, I won't ever be giving them my money ever again.
