"I love this website so much and if choosing biodegradable/environmental friendly products were not SO important to me, I would go somewhere else. The shipping is absolutely crazy and I AM NOT going to become a renewable member of some shipping club to get free shipping. After a certain amount of items or money, the shipping should be free or discounted or something... I shouldn't pay an almost equal amount for shipping as I am paying for my products. I have ordered from here a few times and I keep coming back, but the shipping is a HUGE deterrent to me recommending them to anyone else.

"Accidentally ordered the wrong size vent filter
I contacted them ones the item arrived and to my surprise they had a 30% restocking fee even if the item was unopened and I had to pay for return shipping. My total was $58.13 my refund after shipping would be $13.07.

Based on the information provided in your review, I was able to locate your order and see the situation and the item you were looking to return. Since we do not stock all items in our warehouses, we do not always have access to get pictures of each item that we offer. In cases where we are unable to do so, we use the closest picture that we have available and note under that picture if there will be a difference in appearance. In the case of the cover that you had purchased, we noted that it was shown with a zipper in the picture, but in the item title and description, we confirmed that it was actually secured using Velcro. If there is ever any confusion about a product, we recommend reaching out to us either by our site chat system, emailing, or calling us to make sure that you get what you are looking for.
Since this item did ship directly from the manufacturer, they do have different stipulations for their returns and they confirmed with us that they are unable to set up a return for items under $200. We do note on the item’s page “We cannot guarantee that this item can be cancelled off of the order or returned once it is placed.” Since this is not an item that we house in our warehouse, we are unable to return it to our warehouse instead of the manufacturer. When an item is unable to be returned, we suggest selling it locally or using an internet retail site in order to get some of the money back for a product that you no longer want.

"Bought chafing dishes with 2 extra food pans but the food pans do not sit flush on the water pan causing steam to go to the food and ruin it, when I told them about the defect they said they can’t tectify it because their so called product specialist he has seen that defect before and they can’t do anything about it.
