"Bought chafing dishes with 2 extra food pans but the food pans do not sit flush on the water pan causing steam to go to the food and ruin it, when I told them about the defect they said they can’t tectify it because their so called product specialist he has seen that defect before and they can’t do anything about it.
I wish I could post pictures here to ahow how bad the products are.

"When you over pay for shipping the service should be good?? That’s what I did $559 for shipping a pallet 100 miles. Call me crazy but I need the items....now it’s day 11 and the goods haven’t arrived. Call customer service and have emailed several times...**** them off so they won’t respond to my current email. Been a long time customer but this is the last straw. "

"I ordered a work table that cost $495 with shipping. The confirmation email CLEARLY STATED NO PHONE CALL PRE-DELIVERY. I went about my bery busy life expecting the delivery to just show up as others had. A few weeks latet an unexpected $194 showed up in my checking from paypal. When investigating I discovered it came from WEBSTAURANTSTORE. They claimed the delivery service coukd contact me for delivery, using a phone # I hadn't used in a decade, when I asked where they got the number as I know I didn't give it to them, they said they got it from paypal! third party. When I asked why I had recieved an email stating CLEARLY there would be no pre delivery phone call I got no answer other than to say that the matter was considered closed. They have excessive charges, for return delivery, return delivery tax, restocking fee, restocking fee tax, etc... so in the end I PAID $495 and got $194 back. I'm doubting it was ever delivered in the first place and this is a SCAM, SCAM, SCAM!!!!! DON'T waste your money, buy someplace thats credible! I'm filing a complaint with the BBB. THIEVES AND SCAMMERS!!!"

When an order is placed with PayPal, you sign in and confirm that the information that is pulled from logging into PayPal is correct on the "Review and Payment" page before placing the order through our site.
