Call me crazy but I need the items....now it’s day 11 and the goods haven’t arrived. Call customer service and have emailed several times...**** them off so they won’t respond to my current email. "I ordered a work table that cost $495 with shipping. The confirmation email CLEARLY STATED NO PHONE CALL PRE-DELIVERY. I went about my bery busy life expecting the delivery to just show up as others had. A few weeks latet an unexpected $194 showed up in my checking from paypal. When investigating I discovered it came from WEBSTAURANTSTORE. They claimed the delivery service coukd contact me for delivery, using a phone # I hadn't used in a decade, when I asked where they got the number as I know I didn't give it to them, they said they got it from paypal! third party. When I asked why I had recieved an email stating CLEARLY there would be no pre delivery phone call I got no answer other than to say that the matter was considered closed. They have excessive charges, for return delivery, return delivery tax, restocking fee, restocking fee tax, etc... so in the end I PAID $495 and got $194 back. I'm doubting it was ever delivered in the first place and this is a SCAM, SCAM, SCAM!!!!! DON'T waste your money, buy someplace thats credible! I'm filing a complaint with the BBB. THIEVES AND SCAMMERS!!!"

When an order is placed with PayPal, you sign in and confirm that the information that is pulled from logging into PayPal is correct on the "Review and Payment" page before placing the order through our site. "I purchased a case of bowls, consisting of 36 bowls. When the package arrived I could tell by the sound of clinking that there were probably broken items. It was double boxed, the original case inside a shipping box. However there was only one layer of packing material on the bottom, virtually none on the sides of the case, on one side of the case there was ZERO packing, the case was right up against the side of the shipping box. There was tons of packing material (plastic pillows) on the top where it did absolutely no good. Out of the 36 bowls 9 were smashed to pieces, honestly I'm surprised it wasn't worse. I emailed customer support, no reply whatsoever. I'm writing it off to experience, 27 bowls is ok for my purpose. However, I didn't get what I paid for and webstaurantstore did not show any interest in taking care of my situation"
