"I’ve purchased many items on Webstraunt and contacted their customer service many times. The extent of their service is checking which distribution center the item is shipping from. I was in the market for a propane deep fryer to be used at offsite events. I called webstraunt to get advice on the appropriate fryer and gas line to purchase. The rep had to check with a specialist and get back to me. After receiving the items Webstraunt recommended, I found the gas line did not connect properly. I called Webstraunt back and the rep had no knowledge of the product and had to reach out to the specialist again. I was told they will call me back the next day. Rather than getting a phone call, I received an email stating the parts ordered was incorrect and I would be responsible for restocking and return fee. In the end, Webstraunt agreed to not charge me the restocking fee but I’m stuck with the return cost. Horrible customer service! Prior to this ordeal, I purchased a soup warmer which I needed for a catering event. It took over a week to arrive and missed the catering event. They told me it was my fault for not using their expedited service. Never again will I shop from this site. "
