"So so happy that I found your website!!! My local store closed, so I was afraid I would not be able to get the cupcake containers I use for my baking. I love to make cupcakes and cakes for family and friends. Just for fun!! Even with shipping, I am paying about .79 per container which is what I was paying locally!! Thank you so much!!!"

"I like the products offered but find the restocking fee to be really crappy! I am a small business and having to pay a $10 restocking fee when making a return really cuts into my profits. Paying this fee plus spending money for shipping is excessive. "

The reason we charge a restocking fee is because we want to continue to keep prices as low as possible for you. When an item is returned, there are additional costs associated with processing the return. Companies that do not charge restocking fees pass the costs of their Returns Department onto their customers through higher priced items. Instead of raising our prices and charging every customer for frivolous returns costs, we only charge a restocking fee for items that are a standard return. Knowingly Sold a Faulty Product

"Knowingly sold a faulty product to business knowing that the outcome would result in loss of earnings. The company sold us a product that was manufactured poorly, that resulted in sustained damage over time as a result. This damaged falls outside the scope of the parameters of their typical warranty and as a result has caused significant damage to the product, a loss of earnings for the business, and a costly repair. The item is 1.8 years old. Terrible experience and disappointed they continue to practice this way, blatantly not coherent to customers experiences. The product is significant in cost compared to other competition that offer longer warranties, and is very expensive to ship. Terribly disappointed, I would recommend shopping else where. "

If I could put no state I would

"So I placed an order for what I thought was wheat and instead got coconut oil which I can't use. I noticed as soon as I received email confirmation. Called immediately to modify and person on chat support was unhelpful and instigating. Said order shipped already. Wow! Unreal. Ordered an hour ago. Dont get from this place if u can avoid it. Cocky nasty unhelpful"

Bad return policy. Doesn’t take damaged items back

"Ordered pizza oven. Got defective item. They refused to accept return. They say they only accept returns if items is in original condition so they can sell them again. Also will charge a 20% restocking fee. No mention of defective or damaged items. Asks to go through warranty process. NOT BUYER FRIENDLY. do not own the responsibility of damaged items. "
