"Second Order: We received the product during a huge remodel and so keep it covered for two weeks in it's original packaging. When we finally uncovered it we found that it was totally scratched up all over the top...like really damaged. When I contacted them they said because we didn't call within 5 days that it was just too bad for us and they wouldn't take it back. But the "best part" was she said that it was to be used in a commercial kitchen and so therefore all those scratches shouldn't matter to me. I sent lots of photos but they stuck to their guns on the 5-day limit so I'm now I'm out for one table they owe me almost $600 for and another one that is a piece of %$#!"
"I ordered a Bunn Coffee Maker and a decanter. The coffee maker was out of stock, so I cancelled the order to obtain one from another vendor. They would not cancel the decanter which was shipped from another location. I was charged $16 shipping for a$3.89 decanter. I used it for a couple of weeks before it started leaking. I have learned not to waste my time or money with this company."

"The products we are getting are the quality we expect and the pricing is, so far, unbeatable. My one complaint is that it seems every time I log in the pricing goes up on several of my regularly ordered items. I would like to see some consistency and continue to get all my products from Webstaurant, but if the prices continue to rise I will be able to get the products locally for the same price or cheaper. "Beware of ordering from WebstaurantStore if you live outside of the US. The company's website says that they will contact you to obtain brokerage info BEFORE shipping your order. They don't actually contact you, and then you're forced to pay the brokerage and administrative fees to their preferred shipping company (FedEx). And if they happen to ship your order in multiple shipments, without notifying you first, then you have the privilege of paying these fees TWICE. Don't bother trying to speak with their "customer service" agents either. In their case, the customer is never right!"

"I purchased the cecilware fryer EL120 from Webstaurant.com and received the fryer with a sticky heating unit and oil inside. The customer service explained the fryer was tested with oil in it before shipping out and it is neither used nor refurbished.
I wanted to return, and they were asking me a shipping charge (probably around $100) and 20% restocking fee."
