"My church is remodeling our bathrooms, and we ordered two vanities from this company. When the vanities were delivered, the boxes were in tack with no damage; when the contractor opened the boxes, both were cracked. The order was placed on 7/1, delivered on 7/3, and opened on 7/9. We immediately contacted them on 7/9 to advise of the issue. We were instructed to take more pictures, which we did. Our claim was immediately denied because the delivery checklist says"inspect all packages," not products, but the packaging was intact. There would have been no reason for the person who received the package to look in the boxes. All we want is to return these broken items and send two new ones out, but we have yet to get anything but rudeness!!!! The customer service rep, Maureen at ext.103, was rude and nasty; I spoke to a manager named Mike, who said, "We didn't follow directions, and there was nothing he could do with broken sinks?" What can I do with them??????? The only option I have been provided is to re-order the items again and pay another $2,000. I DON'T THINK SO!!! Why would I order ANYTHING from you when I'm having such a horrible time now? Why can't you just make this exchange right? This is awful customer service, and I will NEVER purchase anything from this company again.
