"I was searching for a camera battery and in my list of options, Theestoreonline grabbed my attention because they offered the brand that I was looking for at a sale price. I called to order, very leary about on line transactions, but the attendant told me that I had to order on line but offered me a code that would allow me to get free shipping for my troubles. I completed my order, was happy with the cost and free shipping, expected it in a couple of days. Before the day was over, I received an email that stated I needed to call and resolve an issue with my order. I did, and was told that the battery that was "showing" in stock, was on back order, and offered an "upgraded" version for more money. I decided to cancel the order because I needed the battery right away. The attendant gave me a discount and said they were sorry for the inconvenience, and I accepted. They offered me a lesser quality item at the same price (a battery grip that sells everywhere for $69.00 for the $129.99 I paid for the genuine Canon Battery Grip). Currently working with the vendor to fix the issue. Raised rating to 3 stars.
