"I'm a super skeptical guy. An I admit I was nervous at first sending my phone in. But travis kept me updated everytime I emailed ,I got a quick response back. I sent my phone in on a Tuesday an was paid the following Saturday. An the payment was really fare. So I had a very good encounter. I would 100 percent do this again with them.,an I probly will. "
"Shipped out my iPhone 11 Pro Max on Friday (3/12/21) and got my $640 on Monday (3/15/21). Definitely will use this again. "
"I've sold you four phones and got my money fast. Thank you for great service."
"Are trustworthy and efficient..."
"The day they received my phone I got paid!!!!!"
"Went fine. Would deal with them again "
"Seamless transaction and money paid as quoted"
"I was pleasantly surprised at how simple the process was to sell my perfectly good but older iPhone model. They did exactly what they said and payment was received in a timely manner. Highly recommend. "
"I sent my phone in under the impression I was getting paid a decent amount. Upon review they claimed my phone battery life was not full 80% which means they can slash the payout by a third. That’s a huge disappointment for something that could have been plugged in for 20 minutes to remedy that problem. Quite disappointing "
"The Whiz Cells was very easy to deal with. I mailed my phone to them last Thursday and received payment today for quoted amount. "
"I asked for a package and they sent a bubbled envelope. I placed the phone with some cardboard and WhizCells paid my wife’s PayPal the same day even with US Postal taking 5 days to deliver. When I inquired on a Saturday, someone responded instantly on the weekend stating that it is due Monday via mail service. I would give my highest recommendation and wished I found this place earlier. I have so many iPhones and iPads laying around! "
"I sent 2 phones, a literally, brand new Iphone XR, that was purchased by my former employer. They informed me there was a balance on the phone and deducted the amount from the purchase price. I confirmed with my former employer the phone was indeed bought outright with no outstanding balance. The second phone was an older Galaxy phone that I am positive I master reset and they stated there was a google account on it and they needed the password. I asked for information on what google account was on the phone and had no response from the wiz. They deducted $35 for the "lock" on the phone. I attempted to email and call and did not get any response. I feel like they "offer" one price then come up with reasons to lower the offer. "
“We contacted the seller and sent them the report from AT&T that the phone has unpaid bills. The S9 was reset and that is what tripped the Google security lock. We sent them a picture of the phone and we have offered to pay them more if the lock is removed. So far we have not heard back from the seller. ”
"Simple and straightforward process, excellent communication and fast response. The end-to-end process was outstanding. Immediate and accurate quote, included shipping with label, very fast processing time, and immediate payment. Loved it, and told all of my family members. Thanks!"
"Quick, easy and it was a very fair price "
"They actually answer ur questions and give u an honest one pretty satisfied so far."
"I was looking to sell my phone . So I compared my options. TheWhizecells
Beat out all their competition. And I got a lot more then AT&T store was willing to give me. Thank you. I will definitely be coming back in the future when I’m ready to resell my phone."
A rep from Thewhizcells.com, TheWhizCells, has responded:
“Hi Rachael,
I hope you are doing well today. There seems to be some confusion about the battery. The issue is not how much the battery was charged. The issue is how much charge it can hold. We have tools to test the battery and they actually have chips inside that show exactly how many times it has changed over its entire life. Anyhow, the capacity of the battery had degraded to the point that it needs to be replaced. The phone will show on the screen say 100%, but that is 100% of the chargeable capacity. The full capacity had degraded to less than 80% of what it was new. Once a battery degrades below 85% capacity it will quickly get worse. Say it takes 3 years to go from 100% (new) to 85% capacity. It may take 6 months to go from 85% to 75%. If you have any questions please let us know. In no way are we trying to take advantage of anyone.”
