Your company received the phone it said that it was not in good condition with a scratch on the face, this was not true it was in perfect condition, packed it the Iphone box it came in and packed in bubble wrap in a bigger box. to me the offer going from $68 to $10 was a rip off. "I sent in a OnePlus 6t that I bought directly from OnePlus....(Mirror Black | 6 GB RAM + 128 GB Storage | Unlocked).
After originally quoting me $85, they told me the phone was locked to T-mobile. This phone has never been on "T-mobile" but has been on several T-mobile MVNOs. It was also run for a time on Verizon. They cut their offer to $60 which I took, because I really didn't want to mess with it, but I won't be using Whiz Cells again anytime soon.
Update: They contacted me and told me this was an error. They are sending me the money they agreed on, plus $5 for the inconvienice.

"My phone was in nearly perfect condition upon sending it to The Whiz Cells. I used their padded envelope they sent me to ship it. The screen was NOT cracked! Now I get an email upon their receipt of the phone stating my offer is now 0$ because I sent them a phone with a cracked screen. If it cracked during shipping, that's not my fault. They basically stole the phone. There's no photo or anything showing its cracked so they could be lying just to not have to provide payment. Do NOT use this company! "

"The tech that reviewed my phone said it had burn in. I just received my phone back today and has absolutely NO burn in. I think what the tech did was swiped up on the app tray and the tray by default has a translucent background. When I open chrome with all white background you do not see any burn in. When I wrote back to them, they did not give me a chance to discuss this instead they said we are sending phone back or either except the amount."
