"I found these people through a Google search and knew nothing about them prior to this purchase, but their reviews seemed good, so I went ahead with it. I was extremely impressed! Customer service was incredibly prompt, friendly, and helpful. After I placed my order, I realized I qualified for a 'freebie' but had forgotten to put it in my cart; I emailed at around 10pm, and within hours, even though it was the middle of the night, I was emailed back with a notice that my order had been updated. Other emails I've sent since then have received responses within an hour or two every single time, unvaryingly extremely helpful and friendly. My batteries and charger were a great price, came with some very handy extras at no extra charge, and were shipped FedEx within 24 hours of my order, even though I picked the cheapest shipping option. I tried contacting the USA manufacturer rep directly to get a replacement part, but it took several weeks for them to ship one out (and they never answered the phone). That didn't work and I decided to contact Thomas Distributing.
