I ordered a dozen 9V batteries and a MAHA 9 volt Top of the line battery Charger about 9 months ago. For some reason, two of the 12 batteries wont take a charge anymore. Battery warranty is typically only 3 months. I eMailed them about it and they immediately shipped me two batteries, no charge, not even shipping! Thanks Tammie! These folks are highly recommended. "Excellent customer service, fair prices.
Had received my order of multiple 4 packs of NiMH AA's and when charging them, one cell was bad. Following their online RMA procedures for return and notifying them via email, I returned one entire 4 pack.
The following day was a reply from Customer Service that the batteries would be mailed out First Class mail. I had the batteries the next day (before they received my return), all working perfectly.
It certainly is refreshing to have someone at customer service (Tammie) interested in this small problem. Their immediate correspondence and quick replacement of the cells is impressive.
I wil continue to do business with this company and their professional staff.
