At this point, with the long return process and the disappointment of not receiving clothes expect, I do not feel using Thredup is worth the effort. "I had such fun shopping the thredup site! I started with a size i knew in a given brand, then used the feature for finding similar sizes, which was sooo helpful. I shopped for items I needed, in brands I love, at prices I love even more, and when the box arrived every single item fit! I was so happy about that, even though I can return items within 14 days with free shipping. And there's a satisfaction in shopping through a socially conscious business. I love the fact that items in the shop that do not sell are then either returned to the seller, OR sent to a third party textile recycling company. And, 10% of the recycling proceeds are donated to Teach for America. What a well-thought out company...and fun shopping experience!"

This should not have been an issue; the item was not described correctly; it was a deceptive description. Based on that alone, return should have been automatic.

Be sure the description and the function of the product are accurate. Patrons should not be penalized because of mismarketing on your end.

I will be completely satisfied only when I have received a full refund. That has'nt happened yet. Still waiting."
