"Please put the last date to return items on the receipt and/or on the website. It is hard to tell what the policy is. 30 days from when? Order date? Date it ships? Date.i receive it? It takes over a week to receive the package. Some items have had holes in them that aren't noted. My order was a 50good/50 needs to be returned. I do appreciate the free returns for a credit. The items all have an odd odor."

"The concept is good, and the merchandise, for the most part, was fine. The website needs refining. Information about shippping and returns is misleading and insufficiently displayed. They should clearly state some exclusions apply on the home page under the header that states returns are free, rather than bury it in the specifics about returns/shipping on a different page. The words "Click here for more information" or even the simple addition of an askterisk after the header would solve this.
I contacted customer support and it took them six days to reply. I advised them it was a time-sensitive issue because I wanted to return the mdse within the allowed interval, and before I left for vacation. I asked to have the return fee waived, but when they finally replied, they did not bother to address the request, only restated their policy, and telling me where to find the rules. Rather than incur a return fee of $8.99, I opted for a mdse credit, which I didn't want, and I wound up having to take the items with me, find a post office, and mail them back while I was away, something I could have done without. "
