"Very disappointed with my clean out bag. Especially, the $60.00 item with tags still on. I will not be sending any more items to your site. I will do better far better taking a tax deduction for items I personally donate. It was seriously ridiculous to receive $1.90 for 8 items.

"Overall somewhat satisfied with ThredUp. Issues are: 1) No item is sold for less than $4.99 and some of the clothing that I have received is not worth $4.99 second hand no matter what the brand; 2) More description is needed for clothing items especially jeans and pants and when they are non-returnable. Exact measurements (like what Twice does) for waist, hips etc would be very helpful in figuring out what will fit; 3) Pictures of the clothing tags would be helpful especially for pants. Each brand has different "styles" and usually the waistband tag describes the "style". Like with Loft, they have 2 different "fits", the "Marissa" and the "Julie"; one is for "straight hips" and the other is for "curvy hips". That fit can make a huge difference in the size that one orders; 4) Generally, more information or pictures of anything (tags etc) that describes the clothing item."

"I like buying consignment as every where I go I look at consignment shops so I like buying this way, but things that are a size 4 or marked small are not always true to size so you should be able to return those items even if or rather , especially if it states final sale as that is just a waste of my money, I received a shirt from you all and it could of easily fit my mother in law who wears a size 12 where as I asked for a size 4 , that could of been easily eyeballed by you to clearly see it was no size 4 but now I got stuck with it--and if you have to return something you should be able to get full credit back at least towards another purchase."
