"When I purchase something from them, it is super quick and easy. However, I'd appreciate it if there are measurements with the sizes. This way, I won't make any mistake in ordering. I've sent out some bags of old clothes and shoes, somehow good brand (like Calvin Klein sandals I wore only twice) wasn't even up for a sale, but more of inexpensive clothes were up on sale. I'd appreciate it if you can do something like a list of things we can mail and so we'll know which one's rejected for what type of reasons and which one survived. "I am extremely disappointed in the payout for my bag. There was a brand new $400 coach bag in it and a brand new $200 coach wallet. Apparently if you don't get return assurance, the company will just steal items that are in perfect condition to sell. I was very happy with my first experience, but only sent the new purse and wallet thinking I would get the same customer service. This is a complete scam. They will certainly not get any more business from me or any referrals to friends. Make sure you get return assurance if you use this company!!!"

"Horrible Delivery. Just ignored my emails. I ordered over $100 worth of clothes on a Friday and was charged as soon as the page loaded. Most companies do not charge until it ships. With my card charged I expected to receive my clothes soon, however by Monday, they hadn't shipped yet. Waited until Tuesday, still hadn't shipped. I first contacted the live chat rep asking why my ordered was delayed so much, I was told that I needed my addresses confirmed. Okay, understandable, I was called and they confirmed them. I was then told that everything was good to go and it would ship out that day. It did not. During the day Wednesday I sent an email asking about my order expecting the quick customer service that I received Tuesday, alas there was no reply. At this point I was dissatisfied. I sent another Wednesday night asking to just cancel my order because I would rather have my money back instead of waiting the additional 3-8 days after whenever they decided to ship it. It was ignored again and the package shipped the next day. Still have never received a reply from them. So basically they have forced me to wait for it and the tracking on the package says it will not be here for at least another week. Today is the Monday after a holiday weekend. Yet, it shipped Thursday and 3-8 business days would at least be this week. I am extremely displeased, I was intending to use one of the pairs of shoes I purchased immediately for work. I will not be using their services again. "

"Seller beware! I sent them a bag that contained 5 pairs of Theory pants - new with tags. They accepted nothing and I earned ZERO dollars for the pants and now they are gone. Disgusting. When I contacted customer service they said the pants were not needed - no other information was provided. They are a listed designer they want and were new with tags and a normal size 6 - it makes no sense to me. They steal your clothing. They run a shady business. Do NOT send your clothing to Thread Up!
