"I ordered some clothes for my son. My order arrived on-time and the clothes were clean and in excellent condition. My only complaint is that it would be nice to have free return shipping. One of the pants that I ordered were too small for my son. They cost $8 to buy and it would have cost $6 to ship them back to Thred Up. This was the only item that I wanted to return so it wasn't worth it."

"I am thoroughly disgusted with the way they do business with sellers. I know the quality & quantity of what I sent in and received "payouts" that wasn't worth the time & effort. First offer was awesome....went downhill from there. One of the 5 bags I returned had a payout of $1.88....(for about 22 pcs) of which they also charge the seller the PayPal fee, so it was $1.88 minus 2%!! They make you agree upfront to allow them to charge you $12.95 for not accepting their offer, will return your items....MINUS the items they want to keep. So, you pay high return shipping to NOT receive all your items and you have no control over this. RIPOFF!!!! If you are trying to make extra money.....STAY AWAY FROM THEM! Would give negative stars but not an option."
