The price sounded 2good2beTrue, and I believe it was a scam! 2 months later, 8 e-mails later, 6 phone calls to resolve, and it took me leaving a bad RR to get it resolved. Customer service consists of 3 people who gave me a TOTAL run-around.
I think (maybe) they advertise outstanding prices, on products they never intend to deliver, and then (maybe) you buy something else at full prices. $20 for shipping the full price item, and no communication, no tracking number, and the run-around with every call/e-mail.

Also, if you leave a nevative RR, they will say the date was wrong or some other bs to get it removed."

"Bought a Plantronics Bluetooth headset from these guys. Even though the shipping price was sort of absurd, the total price was still lower than anyone else and the product I bought had a big, bold sentence stating that the Bluetooth was a retail package.
My stuff showed up quickly, but it certainly wasn't a retail package. The headset looked new, the AC adapter looked used, and it came in a plastic bag and bubble wrap bag along with a quick start guide.
The retail package isn't a big deal to me, but when your Web site specifically states that it's retail, that's what I expect to receive. I checked the Web site after the package arrived to make sure it wasn't my mistake, and it still said retail. I just looked again (3 weeks later), and it now says "bulk packaging".
I wouldn't bother to buy from these guys again."
"I had ordered 2 unlocked blackberry bold phones and they charged me $12 for 2 days shipping. They emailed me in of 20th May that order is shipped via usps and provided the tracking number. But package was not delivered.

Spoke to Allen, found him good and he apologized for the delay as they were out for holiday so there was late in responding to my emails and phone calls. As he said that he got bad phones from vendor so it could not be shipped.

Allen shipped the phone thru fedex overnite and I got two new phones. As there was delay in shipping, Allen refunded shipping cost and gave me additional discount of $15 on each phones.
Overall it was a good experience. I will come back again.

"I was initially happy with the process. I ordered a bluetooth headset late in the day, but received a confirmation email immediately. Middle of the next day I received two confirmation emails that it had shipped and a USPS tracking number. I received the product in a timely manner, no problems there.
The problems started when I opened the box. The Plantronics 855 headset was advertised as new, but was CLEARLY A USED ITEM. There was a second piece of tape over the manufacturers seal. After opening it, I found that the cords were all loose inside and the wire twist tie had been wrapped around the earpiece, as if whoever opened the box before me didn't want to lose it. The power adapter was missing, so I can't charge it or even know if it WORKS. Not only was the power adapter missing, but there were EXTRA parts in the box. A small leather bag and a neck lanyard that were Plantronics branded, but NOT supposed to come with the 855. (UPDATE: my bad, I guess the bag and lanyard DO come with the 855, they're just not mentioned on the box or in the manual's packing list, so just the missing power adapter and ear gels)
I called their 800 number, which was an automated voicemail. A computer spoke the name "thriftycomputer," it wasn't even a human voice in the recording. I left a voicemail, but had ZERO confidence I would receive a call back. So I called and dialed random extensions until I got one that worked.
BY THE WAY, IF YOU WANT TO SPEAK WITH SOMEONE DIAL 21. THAT IS CUSTOMER SERVICE, ALTHOUGH THERE IS NO WAY YOU WOULD KNOW THAT FROM THE RECORDING.
They immediately apologized, said they must have forgot to put it in the box, and offered to send out the missing piece. I would have been okay with that if this was advertised as a used item, but it was not. I was supposed to receive a new manufacturer sealed box. The CS rep as much as admitted that they pieced this together at their warehouse. No wonder it was sold so cheap!
She said I could do a normal exchange that would take as long as 2-3 weeks and I would have to pay shipping. That was unacceptable.
I have 3 options:
1. accept the shipment of the missing part, also accepting that I am purchasing a used item that was ADVERTISED as new
2. pay my own shipping to send the whole thing back, wait 2-3 weeks, and HOPE that I don't get another used product
3. pay my own shipping to send it back for a return and HOPE that they also refund my shipping cost
What SHOULD happen?
If this is such an unusual problem, they should cross-ship me a new box, preferably overnight, with a shipping label to send the old one back to them. However, I don't think this is an unusual problem. I used to work for a company that sold used items as new, and I quite because of it. It is very clear that they pieced this product together in the warehouse, throwing in parts that LOOKED like they belonged but didn't, and forgetting to include the power adapter. If this was an unusual occurrence, it should have warranted an unusual solution, but it wasn't. I'm sure they get this all the time and they are very familiar with people returning items that were NOT new like they thought when they ordered.
UPDATE: 2:30pm received an email a couple hours after posting this, apparently from the owner, with a promise to fix the situation. I replied, am awaiting a response."
